1. How Does the Ordering Process Work?
- You may request a quotation directly through our e-shop by adding your selected items to the cart and submitting your request. Alternatively, you may contact us via our contact form.
- Once the quotation has been approved and all requirements have been finalized, we will issue a proforma invoice for a 50% deposit of the total order value. Upon receipt of this payment, the order is considered binding and will be placed into production.
- Free delivery from Romania applies to orders with a minimum value of €2,500 including VAT. The standard delivery time is approximately 6 weeks, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. For orders below €2,500 including VAT, delivery costs are calculated individually based on the delivery location.
- The final invoice for the remaining 50% balance will be issued after delivery and inspection of the order.
2. What Are the Delivery Terms and Lead Time?
Free delivery applies to orders exceeding €2,500 including VAT, with direct delivery to your address anywhere in Slovakia. The standard lead time is up to 6 weeks from order confirmation.
3. How Does the Invoicing Process Work?

4. Is Custom-Made Production Available?
Yes. The price of the furniture includes the option to choose any fabric or leather from our sample collection. Each collection features its characteristic or catalogue wood finish; however, upon request, a different shade or a white finish may also be selected. These customizations are subject to an additional charge of 7% of the price of the respective furniture piece.
