Order Step by Step 

1. 

You can request a quotation directly through our e-shop by adding your selected items to the cart and submitting your order. Alternatively, you may use our contact form.

2. 

We will contact you shortly. Once the quotation has been approved and all requirements have been finalized, we will issue a proforma invoice for a 50% deposit of the total order value. Upon receipt of this payment, the order is considered binding and will be placed into production.

3. 

The minimum order value for free delivery from Romania is €2,500 including VAT. The standard delivery time is 6 weeks in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. For orders below €2,500 including VAT, delivery costs are calculated individually based on the delivery location. 

4. 

The final invoice for the remaining 50% balance will be issued after delivery and inspection of the order.
